KYD Cut Up Exhibition, London

My cut up image was selected for the KYD Exhibition, launched by Daniel Radcliffe to promote his latest film, ‘Kill Your Darlings’. I created ‘From Glasgow to Anywhere’ from original photographs, reconfigured digitally and had the pleasure of an overnight stay in the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge, a drinks reception with the lovely and unassuming Daniel Radcliffe, culminating with mine and 22 other images being projected on to Waterloo Station. Yes, my name  was up in lights. In London. The images were projected throughout various London locations for three evenings, 21st November – 23rd November.   http://bit.ly/1dw8Dfi

Organised by the aptly named ‘Everybody Engage’, it was a fabulous opportunity to meet fellow artists, drink wine and kiss Mr Radcliffe. Oh and have my work up in lights.

Proof of the pudding……Emboldened by wine, I did kiss this young man, not once, but twice. I feel ashamed and proud in equal measure.

Presently Painting.

Inspired and encouraged by my fellow artists in Artwave North, I am currently working on a series of paintings. One of my works, ‘Tracking Progress’, acrylic on canvas, has been shortlisted for Cork Street Open Exhibition in London next month.
